We ask each of you to remember that if you plan any changes to your property or the exterior of your home, you must receive prior approval by the Association's Architectural Review Board (ARB).  You can download the ARB application.  Complete the form and return with any supporting documentation to Porter Place Homeowners Association, 1801 Cook Ave, Orlando, FL 32806 or by e-mail.
 
 
Trees and Landscaping in the Common Area 
On January 31, 2006, the Porter Place Homeowners Association Board received a legal opinion stating that it is the responsibility of the Association to maintain the sidewalks and the trees that fall within the "common area."  Read the Policy Regarding Trees and Landscaping in the Common Areas and print the ARB application form if you wish to make any changes to trees on your property. Please note that the form should be submitted to Porter Place Homeowners Association, 1801 Cook Ave, Orlando, FL 32806.
